The politician hid the company’s existence and income from the German authorities. In Germany, he is known only as the owner of an agricultural company in the Saxon city of Borna.

In Germany, 53-year-old Jörg Dornau, a member of the Saxony Landtag from the Alternative for Germany party, became a co-owner and director of the agricultural enterprise Cybulka-Bel LLC in Belarus. WELT newspaper wrote this on Thursday, August 8.

The company grows onions. The company cultivates several hundred hectares in the border region of the country near Poland and Lithuania.

This follows a newspaper investigation.

The politician hid the company’s existence and income from the German authorities. In Germany, he is known only as the owner of an agricultural company in the Saxon city of Borna.

Only after the scandal did Dornau admit to doing business in Belarus. The Landtag of Saxony ordered him to pay a fine of 20,862 euros.

We remind you that the German member of the Bundestag from the Left Party, Zeren Poelman, was deported from Ukraine on July 9. The politician denied Ukraine’s right to armed defense.
