Power engineers are awaiting permission from the military to begin repairs.
At the same time, 315 communities of the Donetsk region remain de-energized. Within days, power supply was completely restored to 10 villages.
Meanwhile, DTEK, in preparation for the heating season, is repairing thermal power plant units and continues to mine coal to fill the warehouses.
