Government representatives noted that the disease was recorded in Simferopol, Dzhankoy and Feodosia.
The Russian occupiers are trying to hide the outbreak of cholera in the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea. The representative office of the President of Ukraine in Crimea announced this on its Facebook page.
Cholera was recorded in Simferopol, Dzhankoy and Feodosia.
“In Crimea, in Simferopol, Dzhankoy and Feodosia, an outbreak of cholera was recorded, which the labor administration is trying to hide,” the report said.
In the past, the Russian occupiers ordered the closure of all beaches in Feodosia, the representative’s office added.
The possible cause of the outbreak of infection is the sewer break and discharge of sewage into the sea.
Earlier information appeared in the media that a cholera epidemic was recorded among the Russian occupiers in the Kherson region and the Crimean Peninsula.
