On the night of August 5, a fire broke out at an electrical substation and the fire emergency was allegedly preceded by an explosion. This happened at a substation located on Ogareva Street in the Voroshilovsky District. After the incident, the city partially lost power in some areas. This is reported by local Telegram channels.
The regional department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry stated that there was a vegetable oil spill at the substation, followed by a fire. It was noted that the area of the fire was allegedly five square meters, and the fire was subsequently extinguished.
