The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, in connection with the deteriorating security situation in the Middle East, called on Ukrainians to refrain from any trips to Israel and Lebanon until the situation stabilizes.

The corresponding notification was published by the department’s press service.
For those who are already in these countries, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends:
- avoid crowded places;
- do not participate in demonstrations;
- strictly observe safety measures and rules for the stay of foreigners in the country;
- comply with the lawful requirements of law enforcement agencies;
- monitor local government reports on the development of the situation;
- Always carry identification documents with you.
Ukrainians in Lebanon are also advised not to leave their place of residence unless absolutely necessary and to consider the possibility of shortening their stay in the country.
While in Israel, Ukrainian citizens are also advised to refrain from traveling to the following territories:
- bordering the Lebanese and Syrian borders;
- bordering the Gaza Strip;
- West Bank.
While in Lebanon, Ukrainian citizens are also advised to refrain from traveling to the following territories:
- bordering the Syrian border;
- bordering the Israeli border south of the Litani River;
- to the refugee camps of Nahr al-Bared and Beddawi (near the city of Tripoli), Ain al-Hilweh and Mieh Mieh (near the city of Saida);
- Beka Valley;
- southern suburb of Beirut (Dahieh district).
Citizens who find themselves in an emergency situation or who face a threat to life and health are advised to immediately contact the Ukrainian embassies in these countries.
