Dictator Vladimir Putin has more than doubled the one-time payment for those willing to sign a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry and go to war against Ukraine, The Moscow Times reported, citing a presidential decree published on a legal information portal.
This document stipulates that citizens of the aggressor country and foreigners who have signed a contract with the defense department will be able to receive a one-time payment of 400 thousand rubles. This amount is equivalent to approximately 192 thousand UAH. Previously, the one-time payment was 195 thousand rubles.
The dictator’s decree stipulates that only those who sign a contract from August 1 to December 31, 2024, will be able to count on the increased payment. The war criminal also recommended that the regions pay at least 400 thousand rubles to Russians who decide to go to war.
Let us recall that analysts from the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) say that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin hopes to win in Ukraine through long-term, creeping offensive operations. At present, the Russian military command prefers successive offensive operations and tactical successes rather than large-scale changes in the operational situation at the front.
