This was reported by his lawyer Igor Sulima.
According to him, this happened after the trial, at which Farion’s daughter wished the guy “to die in prison” and added that she would do everything to make this happen.
The lawyer believes that Farion’s daughter can be held accountable for these words.
I will not say where he is being held, but he is being held in normal conditions. He does not complain. Normal conditions, normal stay within the limits of how it can be, – the lawyer said.
In addition, Vyacheslav Zinchenko’s lawyer filed an appeal against the preventive measure.
On July 26, the Galitsky District Court of Lviv chose a preventive measure in the form of detention without the right to post bail for 60 days until September 22.
On July 30, information was spread on social networks that other lawyers had been brought into the case.
Sulima’s lawyer denied this, stating that: “Prosecutors insisted on detention without bail during the hearing.”
Last week, the mother of an 18-year-old suspect from Dnipro told reporters that “her son had no motive to kill, and went to Lviv to study and relax.”
