It is noted that VTB Bank, Alfa Bank, SebrBank, Raiffeisen Bank, RSHB Bank, Ak Bars, Rosbank, Gazprombank, T-Bank, and Bank, Dom. RF Bank and the Bank of Russia were affected in particular. The resources of the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Federal Tax Service were also affected.
As of the evening of July 30, Russians were unable to restore the proper functioning of leading banking and payment systems, mobile operators, social networks and Internet providers. Failures are still observed in the work of the web resources of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Federal Tax Service.
