The other day, Cannes Mayor David Lisnar met with the head of the Investment Council Irpin Vladimir Karplyuk and Mayor Alexander Markushin. They showed pictures of the city destroyed by the Russians and showed presentations of the destroyed social and residential infrastructure.
According to Mayor Alexander Markushin, as a result of the shelling of Russian troops in the residential sector and civilian infrastructure, 70% of the city was damaged in a month of intense fighting – 8651 urban facilities in Irpin were partially damaged, 2738 houses were partially destroyed. , and 885 were completely destroyed and could not be restored.
Earlier, Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi, on a visit to Irpin, Kyiv region, assured that Ukraine would receive assistance to restore the infrastructure destroyed during the fighting.
