There are no Russian occupiers in the city today, but a sabotage and reconnaissance group of invaders tried to enter Toretsk. Earlier, the network wrote about an enemy event in Toretsk, however, this is not true. This was reported by the head of the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council, Andrey Kovalenko.
Meanwhile, DeepState analysts report that fighting is currently continuing on the approaches to Toretsk, namely in Zhelezny and Severny. The Russian army is taking infantry into private and multi-apartment buildings in these settlements. Experts believe that in the near future the enemy will concentrate its main forces to capture the waste heaps of the Artem mine and the Severnaya mine. Then the Russians will try to enter Toretsk, and control over the waste heaps will give a significant advantage.
The Russians are shelling Toretsk with artillery and destroying it with KABs. The enemy wants to damage the buildings as much as possible to make their assaults easier.
The beginning of the battle for Toretsk is a matter of the nearest future. Unfortunately, there is no successful recipe yet for how to resist such a large number of infantry without losing positions. It is worth remembering that after occupying Zheleznoye, the Katsaps may try to strike at the rear of our group in New York. This will not only worsen the conditions for defending the village, but also threaten the surrounding forces to the east, write DeepState experts.
Let us recall that recently Bild military analyst Julian Repke stated that Ukrainian Armed Forces units could end up in a cauldron near Toretsk in Donetsk Oblast. The Russians are currently advancing on Toretsk from the west through Zhelezny and Severny, as well as from the south through the village of New York. As a result, a standoff has formed in Ukrainian positions.
