To make a reservation on the Diya portal, it is necessary that the business, institution or organization be included in the list of those entitled to reserve employees.
A little over a week later, through the electronic portal, more than 76 thousand employees of critical businesses and businesses that support the Defense Forces received de-reservations from mobilization. This was announced by First Deputy Prime Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko on Facebook on Sunday, July 28.
“So far, 76 thousand employees of critical enterprises and the enterprises that work for the needs of the Security and Defense Forces have booked on the Diya platform. And this was only last Wednesday, when the service began to work,” said Sviridenko.
In order to make a reservation on the Diyan portal, it is necessary that the business, institution or organization be included in the list of those who have the right to reserve employees. The head of the company must submit the reservation lists and verify the application with an electronic signature. The system automatically checks whether a person is officially employed and whether his data is in the Oberig register. Within 24 hours, the action will send a message to the manager about the result of the review.
The system, in case of a positive decision, automatically transfers the person liable for military service to the special military registration for the duration of the reservation. From this moment, it is considered booked, and information about the reservation appears in Reserve+.
Next, an extract from the Register of Persons liable for Military Service can be downloaded on the Diyai portal, if necessary, print. Also, if desired, reservation documents can be submitted in paper format. Both methods of document submission will have equal weight.
The booking process is fully automated and involves the use of information sources – the portal Diya, Oberig and the Pension Fund Register. At the same time, two booking mechanisms operate through the Activity portal according to lists (coordination of lists of those liable for military service by the Ministry of Defense and adoption of orders by the Ministry of Economy). The enterprise independently determines the mechanism for booking employees.
