In Volyn, the channel for the illegal import of fake medical products of Russian and Belarusian origin to Ukraine was eliminated. The press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General reported this on Friday, July 26.

The fake medicine was sold through online stores, social networks and messenger channels.
Law enforcement officers seized Russian and Belarusian drugs, cash in various currencies equal to more than UAH 2 million, draft notes, and invoices for postal shipments of drugs.
Some tests are assigned. The issue of confiscation of confiscated properties is being resolved. All those involved in illegal activities are also being identified.
Earlier in Kyiv, the underground production of olive oil and sauces of famous Italian brands was exposed.
