As a result of enemy shelling in the Lugansk region, 19 objects were damaged, of which nine multi-apartment and seven private residential buildings, there was one injured. The main gas pipeline near Severodonetsk was also damaged. This was announced by the head of Lugansk OVA Serhiy Gaidai.
Russians from different types of heavy weapons fired in Severodonetsk, Rubizhne, Lisichansk, Toshkovka. The enemy damaged 19 objects, including 9 multi-apartments and 7 private houses. One person was injured in Rubizhne, four people were rescued from the rubble, ”the statement said.
In addition, according to Gaidai, a forest was burned in Kremennaya after shelling. Rescuers extinguished the fire, no one was hurt.
And due to the shelling of the main gas pipeline, Severodonetsk and neighboring communities were left without gas – about 60 thousand subscribers.
In total, there are 36 settlements (131,944 subscribers) in the region without gas supply, 30 of them fully and six partially.
Water is completely absent in Rubizhne, Popasnaya, Severodonetsk, and partly in the Mountain Community and Lisichansk.
Later, Sergei Gaidai said gas workers found a way to restore gas supply to the homes of local residents.
“First, Lisichansk was introduced into the gas network of other regions, and Severodonetsk was included in the new scheme by this city and another industrial enterprise,” he said.
At the same time, according to the head of the Regional State Administration, it is still unrealistic to repair two damaged main gas pipelines with a diameter of 500 mm. Therefore, it remains to wait for a more favorable situation.
