“Tomorrow evening at 20:00 (3:00 July 25 Kiev time) I will address the nation from the Oval Office and talk about what to expect in the future and how I will finish my work for the benefit of the American people ,” – he wrote.
Let’s remember that on July 21, Biden announced that he was withdrawing from the election. This happened after pressure from Democrats after a disastrous debate with US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. He assured that he will not resign early and will remain president until the end of his term.
In his speech, Biden proposed Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic candidate for president. Some Republicans have called on Biden to resign.
