The family of Ukrainian film producer Artem Kolyubaev, a business partner of the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak, took out a loan from Russians to purchase a house in the suburbs of Washington for $600,000.

This is stated in the investigation by “Sledstvie.Info”.
Kolyubaev’s wife noted that a broker recommended the company for the loan to her, and the information about Russian connections found by journalists “will be checked and legally confirmed or refuted.”
My wife paid for the house entirely from her own savings, loans, and the money she sold her property for. Between 2022 and 2024, my wife sold two of her cars: a 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLS and a 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE. She also sold two of her properties in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, says Kolyubaev.
Journalists checked this information. Ekaterina Kolyubaeva really did sell two cars and apartments – one in Kyiv, the second – in the suburbs of the capital. It seems that the woman could have received from the sale of all this property 350 thousand dollars, which she paid for the house in Washington.
According to US records, Ekaterina Kolyubaeva borrowed part of the amount – $250 thousand – from the company A&D Mortgage.
“Sledstvie.Info” discovered that this Florida company has Russian management and ties to Russia.
A&D Mortgage is owned by Maxim Slyusarchuk, who is also the director of the Russian-Speaking American Chamber of South Florida.
There are many Russian-language videos on this organization’s YouTube. One of them is a recording of the event “FROM RUSSIA WITH BUSINESS” (“From Russia with Business”, – ed.), which took place in June 2017, when the war with Ukraine was already ongoing. “Russian Americans” are trying to find out how to live in the US now that sanctions have been imposed on Russia.
Slyusarchuk, one of the key speakers at the conference, assures that there are no difficulties.
The effect is more theoretical than real. We really don’t have many difficulties in monetary transactions between countries (RF, — ed.) and especially in working with banks under sanctions. I would say that at the moment when Russian citizens try to transfer funds to the US, there are no difficulties with this, — says Slyusarchuk.
Slyusarchuk’s wife and one of the managers of A&D Mortgage, Svetlana Izgasheva, is originally from Volgograd.
Both are on the board of the Russian American Chamber of South Florida. In old videos of the organization, speakers are listed as members of the “Russian American Chamber.”
This is a community that unites Russian-speaking people in the United States. In particular, they finance “Festivals of Russian Culture” – the same “Russian world” that has been destroying Ukraine for three years now.
While searching for information about the company from which Kolyubaev’s wife took out a loan to buy a house in the US, journalists from “Sledstva.Info” found an advert for recruiting people for A&D Mortgage in Russia, for a local office in St. Petersburg. And some employees’ LinkedIn directly states “office work, St. Petersburg, A&D Mortgage”.
Ekaterina Kolyubaeva commented that a broker recommended the company for the loan to her, and the information found by journalists about Russian connections “will be checked and legally confirmed or refuted.
I doubt that an American company that is one of the market leaders and has ties to Russia has been working in the US lending market since 2005. But in order to avoid manipulation, including on your part, this information will be checked and legally confirmed or refuted, Ekaterina explained.
