Under the procedural guidance of juvenile prosecutors of the Boryspil District Prosecutor’s Office, a man was notified of suspicion of rape and sexual violence (part 3 of article 152, part 3 of article 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The press service of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Monday, July 22.
The investigation revealed that while drunk, the suspect committed a sexual assault against his 15-year-old daughter, whom he was staying with at his residence. After that, the man raped her.
In the morning, the girl told everything to her mother, who turned to law enforcement officers.
At the request of the prosecutor’s office, a preventive measure was chosen for him in the form of detention.
We remind you that a resident of the Dnieper was sentenced to life imprisonment for the rape and murder of an 11-year-old girl.
In June, suspicion was reported against a Russian serviceman who raped a minor girl in the Kherson region.
Let’s add that in May, 292 cases of sexual violence committed by Russian invaders against Ukrainian citizens were recorded.
