“32 thousand workers of critical enterprises were booked both private and state-owned enterprises and municipal property companies that are booked… (Currently) in the Unified List of Companies that can be booked, there are about 8 thousand 500 companies that the corresponding. The status is approximately 3 thousand companies have already taken part in electronic booking,” emphasized Tkach.
According to him, there are very few rejections in the booking.
“Basically, this is an employee who has already been booked, for example, they want to book him again, either the person is not found in the register of those liable for military service, or the person is not in an employment relationship. ” he explained.
Previously, companies reported employment through portal reports, but now companies are recruiting continuously, in real time.
Tkach added that an individual employee can be booked through Diya. To do this, the manager can go to the portal and choose one or two, depending on the number of employees of the company and the corresponding limit.
After receiving a reservation statement, the employer or employee does not need to report it to TCC and SP, as the information is immediately updated in the Reserve+ mobile application. It also offers the ability to generate a PDF and print it if needed.
During the booking process, after performing all the necessary checks, the employee is automatically transferred to a special military register, and these changes are already recorded in the register of those liable for military service.
We remind you that the Ministry of Economy has announced that 1.2 million people can be reserved from mobilization to meet the needs of the military.
