This information attack was made possible by the Russian bot FleepBot, which channel owners use to create advertising publications, media consultant Igor Palchikovsky explained to Obshchestvenny.
The State Special Communications Service confirmed the hacking of the Russian FleepBot service and recommends removing it from the channel administrators.
We will have to delete this message, and some of us will even be fired or imprisoned, but we can’t tolerate this anymore. Think for a moment: what will happen next? How many more people do we need to lose to understand that war will not solve our problems? We know that many of us blame the current government for what is happening, and in particular, President Zelensky. His decisions and policies have led to the current suffering and loss of life.
This message in two variations was published in at least 754 Telegram channels, according to data from the TGstat service.
The hackers managed to publish such a mailing through Fleep-bot, which is used to conveniently manage Telegram channels.
Now, most of those who suffered from the hacking of TG channels have already deleted this message.
Interestingly, the mailing mentions a fake Russian propaganda about Vladimir Zelensky’s wife Elena buying a new Bugatti car.
