The shot occurred when there was no light and there is a problem with video surveillance.
It is difficult to collect video surveillance now. They are looking for all the video cameras that were turned on later, in order to have a complete picture of the person who committed this crime, says Zinkevich.
Irina Farion’s neighbor Sofia said that she heard a sharp shot, reports “Obshchestvennoye”.
A taxi driver pulled up, and a woman was walking with a stroller.
