The head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Andriy Danik, spoke about this in an interview with the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
We lose people almost every day. Recently, the enemy has declared a hunt for our employees, he emphasized.
According to Danik, since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, a total of 93 emergency personnel have been killed and almost 400 have been injured.
But these figures, unfortunately, are increasing every day, he added.
Danik noted that in this situation, the State Emergency Service is developing security algorithms, constantly changing approaches and inventing new organizational or technical means of protection. However, the enemy also reacts to this.
As soon as the enemy learns something, he makes adjustments to his actions. And it turns out that what was relevant and working a month ago no longer works today, Danik explained.
He specified that robotics are used to ensure the safety of rescuers, and active work is also underway using electronic intelligence.
And all the details are after the war, noted the head of the State Emergency Service.
