You can also find out about the fine for untimely updating military registration data from the TCC in “Action”.

Defense Ministry spokesman Lazutkin announced this on July 17 on Radio Liberty.
However, this does not mean that everyone who has not updated their data by July 16 will be fined, he added. Lazutkin explains that being held accountable for an administrative offence is a specific procedure that can take from three months to a year.
Military personnel who have already updated their military registration data within the time period specified by law will not be detained on the streets by TCC and SP employees, says Lazutkin.
According to him, information about fines for unupdated data will be available “as well as fines for speeding” — in particular, in the Action app.
Let us recall that the deadline for updating military registration data expired on the night of July 16-17. However, it is possible to update them even after the deadline, but fines are already provided for this.
In addition, after the 60-day period, the data can be updated through the Reserve+ application, which is available for download on smartphones through the App Store and Google Play Market, as well as in TCCs and SPs.
For failure to update their data, a person faces a fine of 17 to 25.5 thousand UAH. How much exactly will have to be paid will be determined by the employees of the TCC, who will consider each such case of an administrative offense, – noted military lawyer Vitaliy Savko.
