A criminal who set fire to military vehicles has been detained in Rivne.

Cars of our brothers, who are on leave or under repair, sent to the rear or undergoing treatment. Cars that have saved and are saving lives. For which the meeting was opened and thousands of our caring citizens donated, for which the soldiers spent their combat money.
According to the National Police, while looking for easy extra work, the criminal found an offer in one of the Russian chatbots to set fire to a car belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for a reward. Later, Russian media present videos of such cars as arson of cars of TCC and SP workers in order to create an image in the enemy media of an unauthorized initiative allegedly opposing the mobilization of Ukrainians.
For such “work” the detainee was promised several thousand dollars. But instead of that he now faces 10 years of imprisonment.
A 22-year-old resident of the regional center, looking for easy part-time work, found an offer in one of the Russian chat bots to set fire to a car belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for a reward.
On July 2, a Rivne resident set fire to a Nissan Almera belonging to a serviceman. He immediately reported on the “work” he had done, sending photos to confirm it.
A few days later, he set fire to another vehicle, a Nissan X-Trail, which was being prepared for the defenders at the front. The fire also spread to another car, a Volkswagen Golf, partially damaging it.
The “guest worker” was promised several thousand dollars for this. However, it is not yet known whether the criminal managed to receive the monetary reward, since he was exposed by police operatives.
Investigators from the Rivne District Police Department detained a 22-year-old resident of Rivne in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and placed him in a temporary detention facility.
