The Russians actively used aviation in a number of directions. The Ukrainian defenders had the hardest time in the Pokrovsk direction – 31 assault actions were repelled there. In the Kharkov direction, 18 combat clashes occurred near Vovchansk and Glubokoe. The Russians tried 17 times to capture the fortifications of Ukrainian fighters in the areas of Krasnogorovka, Praskovyevka and Karlovka in the Kurakhovsky direction. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy attacked 14 times and concentrated its efforts in the direction of New York and the North. Seven attacks were repelled in the Seversk and Vremivsk directions. Six times a day, the enemy was stopped in the Kramatorsk direction.
Five attacks were repelled in the Kupyansk direction and three attacks each in the Orekhov and Dnieper directions.
The General Staff added that on Monday, the aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 11 areas of personnel concentration, a command post, two air defense systems, a radar and an electronic warfare station of the enemy.
In total, since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russia’s losses have already amounted to more than 561 thousand soldiers, officers and mercenaries. Yesterday, Ukrainian defenders eliminated another 1 thousand 110 occupiers, incinerated 13 tanks, 36 combat armored vehicles and 44 artillery systems.
