In the Russian village of Korenevo, Kursk region, a fire broke out in a factory due to a drone attack. This was announced on Tuesday, July 16, by the Governor of the Kursk Region Alexey Smirnov and local public.

“Tonight, a Ukrainian copter dropped an explosive device on the territory of the low-voltage equipment plant in Korenevo. No workers were injured.

The fire was also reported by the Russian publication Astra.

“The fire started, its area currently reaches 400 square meters. The workers were evacuated before the firefighters arrived,” the message said.

The Korenevsky Low-Voltage Equipment Plant produces products for the energy sector and other industries.
