The investigation established that in the period from 2015 to 2016 the company sold installations and parts for them for the construction of the Crimean Bridge.
In addition, the Dieseko Group sent specialists to the site to provide technical assistance to the Russian occupiers.
This happened after the European Union imposed sanctions against the Russian Federation in June 2014 following the annexation of Crimea, which included a ban on the sale of goods and the provision of services to companies, individuals and legal entities in Crimea.
The case was closed upon payment of the fine, the prosecutor’s office notes. The company admitted the offense and promised to “not allow similar situations in the future.”
