The head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Koval, confirmed the attack on the critical infrastructure facility. He noted that the fire had been localized. Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the attack.
Recall that the Russian missile attack on July 8 resulted in the destruction of energy facilities in Kyiv. In particular, three transformer substations were damaged or destroyed in the Shevchenkivskyi and Goloseevskyi districts.
