Under the procedural guidance of juvenile prosecutors of the Kyiv city prosecutor’s office, a 28-year-old resident of the Dnepropetrovsk region was detained and reported on suspicion of committing sexual misconduct and violence against two minors. children, as well as in committing and coercing the creation of child pornography involving minors. Ukrainian law enforcement officials received information from foreign colleagues with images with child pornography on the Internet, which may have been produced on the territory of Ukraine.
As part of the initiated criminal proceedings, Ukrainian law enforcement officials were able to establish that a 28 -year -old resident of the Dnepropetrovsk region was involved in the manufacture of illegal content.
As it happened, the man committed these actions against the young children of his companions, who had been with him for various years. The victims were two girls who were between six and nine years old when the crime occurred.
The man forced the children to participate in creating photo and video materials with modeling sexual behavior and photos of their genitals.
In a search of the defendant’s residence, a mobile phone, computer and electronic media were seized containing approximately 100 photos and video files with child pornography created with the forced participation of the victims, as well as other unidentified children aged from two to seven years.
The man was detained under Art. 208 Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine. At the request of the prosecutor’s office, a non -alternative measure of detention was selected for him in the form of detention for 60 days. The investigation is ongoing.
Recall that earlier a resident of the Rivne region, who repeatedly raped his 10-year-old daughter, was sentenced to life imprisonment.
