Russian troops are conducting sabotage and reconnaissance activities along the northern border in the Chernihiv and Sumy regions. Vadim Mysnik, a representative of the Seversk operational-tactical group of troops, announced this on the air at the national telethon Unified News, reports Ukrinform.
He clarified that in recent days, many sabotage attempts and reconnaissance activity of the enemy were recorded in the direction of Chernigov and Sumy, but the Ukrainian defenders did not give him the opportunity to advance deep into our territory.
“There has been no critical increase in the past almost two months, compared to the spring escalation but the enemy uses the existing arsenal of weapons, it is artillery of different calibers, FPV drones, but they also use of air strikes guided bombs or uncontrolled ones from helicopters. They change direction and settlements,” concluded Mysnik.
Let’s recall that the General Staff said that Russian troops are actively using guided aerial bombs to break the defenses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
