During the suspension of the participation of the Russian Federation, any actions and changes in the procedural rules of the OSCE PA related to the Russian delegation will be considered “legally void”.
The Federation Council and the State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted a statement on the termination of the participation of the Russian delegation in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, according to the decision of the State Duma from Wednesday, July 3.
