Warsaw has decided to introduce very detailed checks at a major customs terminal on the border with Belarus. We are talking about Małaszewicze in the Lublin Voivodeship.

An RMF24 journalist unofficially learned about this. Polish diplomats believe that this will be an extremely drastic step towards Minsk, since transit through this customs terminal is a significant source of income for the regime of Alexander Lukashenko.
The logistics centre in Malaszewicze is one of the important container terminals on the route of goods from China to Europe. The Polish Foreign Ministry is counting on pressure from Beijing on Minsk, which is expected to lead to Lukashenko meeting Polish demands.
As RMF FM learned from unofficial sources, a few days ago a signal was sent to Minsk through diplomatic channels that Poland would no longer tolerate migration pressure at the border, as well as the continued illegal detention of Polish journalist and social activist Andrzej Poczobut.
