Modern warfare is technological. Therefore, the one who is more technologically advanced wins the front, the president said.
In the hottest areas of the front in Ukraine, the loss ratio was 6 Russians to 1 Ukrainian. President Vladimir Zelensky said this in an interview with The Philadelphia Inquirer columnist Trudy Rubin, published on Sunday, June 30.
“In fact, they (Russians – ed.) have more people now 1 Ukrainian to 6 Russians… Now in the direction of Kharkov, in the direction of Pokrovsky – now the numbers are 1 to 6,” he says.
Zelensky emphasized that modern warfare is technological. Therefore, the one who is more technologically advanced wins the front.
Let’s remember that at the end of May the President of Ukraine said that the losses of the Russians in their offensive in the Kharkov region amounted to 8 to 1 Ukrainian.
And on June 14, the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced that since the start of the new offensive in the direction of Kharkov, the Russians have lost 4 thousand military personnel.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, from February 24, 2022 to June 30, 2024, the losses of Russian troops on the territory of Ukraine exceeded 540 thousand people.
