This is stated by analytical agencies 538 and Ipsos.
According to the poll, Trump emerged as the clear winner of the debate, with 60% of respondents saying Trump performed better, while only 21% said Biden won. 19% of viewers did not prefer any of the candidates.
But when respondents were asked which candidates they were going to vote for, it turned out that voters hardly changed their decisions.
46.7% of likely voters said they planned to vote for Biden, down 1.6% from before the debate. At the same time, 43.5% are considering voting for Trump – this is only 0.4% more than before the debate.
