Enemy increases offensive and attack speed – General Staff

Since the beginning of the day, Russian troops have been steadily increasing the pace of offensive operations. The number of military clashes across the front line has increased to 102. This was announced by the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Friday, June 28.

In the direction of Kupyansky The enemy attacked the defensive lines of Ukrainian units six times in the areas of Stepnaya Novoselovka, Stelmakhovka, Sinkovka and Kruglyakovka. Since the beginning of the day, the invaders have made 28 attempts to dislodge our defenders from their positions in the areas of Vozdvizhenka, Novoaleksandrovka, Progress, Novoselovka Pervaya and Umansky. The defense forces withstood the pressure and repelled 21 enemy attacks, seven battles are still ongoing.

Alexandropol received two blows from two NAR, UAB, Russian troops inflicted defeat on the settlements of Lozovatskoye, Volchye, Evgenyevka, Progress, Veseloye, Novoselovka Pervaya and Nikolaevka.

Fighting continues near Krasnohorivka, Georgievka, Konstantinovka and Paraskoveevka in the direction of Kurakhovsky. So far, the Ukrainian defenders here have repelled seven attacks by the Russian army, two more are ongoing.

In the direction of Vremiv There is a battle going on near Vodyanoye. The situation is tense. The defense forces are taking steps to stop the invaders from advancing deeper into our territory.

In other areas, the situation has not undergone significant changes.
