Moldova lifted the ban on the export of wheat and wheat flour from the country. At the same time, the ban on sugar exports remained in effect. This was reported on the website of the Moldovan government.
It was noted that this year’s wheat harvest will be 900 thousand tons, that is, 30% less than last year.
The country needs only 600 thousand tons, in addition, another 175 thousand tons of wheat is stored in elevators.

Earlier it was reported that the export of Ukrainian grain is approaching two million tons per month.
