A citizen’s representative, accused of illegally detaining a former military man, was given an electronic bracelet and sent under house arrest.
People’s Deputy Nikolai Tishchenko was given an electronic bracelet on the evening of Tuesday, June 25. The corresponding photo was distributed on social networks.
It was noted that this was not done immediately after the preventive measure was chosen, but only at 22:30. After that, Tishchenko was put under house arrest, where he will spend the next two months.
As reported, earlier, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv chose a preventive measure for Tishchenko in the form of round-the-clock house arrest.
We remind you that Tishchenko was informed of suspicion due to the illegal imprisonment of the former Kraken military unit Dmitry “Son” Pavlov in the Dnieper.
On June 20, in Dnepr, a group of people, on the instructions of a deputy, deprived a former soldier of his freedom. He was detained for a certain period of time and suffered bodily harm. The police launched two criminal proceedings – for illegal imprisonment and torture.
At this time, a petition was registered on the website of the Verkhovna Rada to revoke Tishchenko’s order.
