The Volyn patrol police reported this on June 25.
The applicant complained about neighbors who started a fight, tugging at each other and swearing. Patrol officers arrived at the indicated address and resolved the conflict.
While compiling administrative materials against violators for hooliganism, patrol officers noticed 68 bushes similar to hemp in the applicant’s yard. She could not explain the origin of these plants.
An investigative team was called to the scene of the incident and opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 310 (illegal sowing or illegal cultivation of soporific poppy or cannabis by a person convicted under this article or who has previously committed one of the similar criminal offenses) of the Criminal Code.
