The Russians “must think carefully” before the deterioration of relations with the DPRK, warned the head of the national security department of the country’s presidential administration.
South Korea will not be “bound” by anything regarding aid to Ukraine if Russia transfers high-precision weapons to the DPRK. This was said by the head of the National Security Department of the Presidential Administration of South Korea, Chang Ho-jin, reports local media Yonhap.
South Korea’s decision on this issue depends on how military cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang develops.
“I want to emphasize that everything depends on what Russia does. Will the line hold for us if Russia transfers precision weapons to North Korea?” – asked the officer.
He said the Russians should think carefully if they want to restore and promote Korea-Russia relations.
As we have already written, Putin agreed to a “strategic partnership” with the DPRK. Kim Jong-un has expressed full support for Russia’s war on Ukraine.
