A 17-year-old Kiev resident who attacked a former soldier of the 32nd OMBR was suspected of hooliganism.

According to the city prosecutor’s office, he approached the man along with two friends, provoking a conflict. Subsequently, the guy struck the victim about 10 times in the face.
The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of a fine of 1 to 2 thousand tax-free minimum incomes of citizens, or probation supervision for up to 5 years, or restriction of freedom for the same period.

The attacker turned out to be a 17-year-old boy. He is a college student with extensive military and physical training. He was informed of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – hooliganism accompanied by particular insolence.
The fact that a veteran, ex-military 32nd Mechanized Brigade Alexander, was brutally beaten in Kyiv, was reported by his sister on social networks.
Alexander was walking his dog and returning home when three people approached him and the youngest of them “began to accuse him of his hair.”
A few moments later, Alexander received a blow, was disoriented and could not resist. One person was beating, two others stood and protected in case this one failed,” says the victim’s sister.
