Vasily Zvarych was appointed to the post of Ambassador of Ukraine to Poland by order of the head of state dated February 8, 2022.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky dismissed Ukrainian Ambassador to Poland Vasily Zvarych and appointed him Ambassador to the Czech Republic. This was stated on Friday, June 21 in the relevant orders 366/2024 and No. 367/2024 published on the website of the head of state.
Vasily Zvarych was born in the city of Stryi (Lviv region) on January 27, 1977. In 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of Ivan Franko Lviv State University.
Vasily Zvarych was appointed Ambassador to Poland at the beginning of February 2022.
Prior to that, he served as director of the second territorial department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, was deputy director of the information policy department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and was also a minister-counselor at the Ukrainian Embassy in Poland.
