Within 16 hours of the next day, the amount of consumption restrictions will increase, the company warns.
On Friday, power outages in the regions of Ukraine will occur as scheduled throughout the day. It was reported by Ukrainergo on Thursday, June 20.
Obtenergo will apply hourly closing schedules throughout Ukraine from 00:00 to 24:00. From 00:00 to 06:00 and from 13:00 to 23:00 the amount of restrictions will increase, the message said.
The consequences of Russia’s massive attack on energy facilities were cited as the reason for this decision.
At the same time, the company has ensured that power supply to critical infrastructure facilities will not be limited.
We remind you that after the attack today Ukrainergo increased the duration of power outages in the regions. In general, the restrictive measures will be in effect throughout Ukraine until 24:00.
As you know, power engineers have predicted an increase in outages this week. This is especially true during the night hours.
It was previously reported that July will be the most difficult period for the Ukrainian energy system. Currently, nuclear power plants are undergoing scheduled maintenance.
