A new chatbot, which should become a consultant for those liable for military service, military personnel and their families, was created by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The press service of the defense department reported this on June 20.
It is noted that the military, their families and civilians can find out in the chatbot about obtaining the status of a combat participant, passing the military training camp, booking, recruiting, benefits, the right to education, sanatorium treatment, housing, etc.
Also, families of military personnel can find out in the chatbot about monetary benefits in the event of the death of a military man, his capture or disappearance.
The Army+ chatbot is available here, and its username in Telegram is UAForces_bot. It offers prompt answers to a number of questions. To get information, you need to activate the chatbot (click “Start”) and select the appropriate category of questions.
Let us remind you that recently an electronic military registration document became available in the Reserve+ mobile application. The Ministry of Defense noted that the electronic military registration document of “Reserve+” has the same legal force as a paper one.
