The Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal (AAC) satisfied the claims of the Ministry of Justice and banned the activities of the political party Our region. The press service of the court reported this on Wednesday, June 19.
It is indicated that the panel of judges has now completed the consideration of administrative case No. 857/6/24 to ban the party Our region.
“We inform you that the court satisfied the claims of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine: the activities of a political party are prohibited Our region; property, funds and other assets of the party, the regional, city, district organizations, major organizations and other structural entities are transferred to state ownership,” the statement said.
The court noted that the full text of the decision on the party ban case will be published on the websites of the Ministry of Justice and the Verkhovna Rada.
As you know, in May of this year, the Eighth AAS opened proceedings on the claim of the Ministry of Justice to ban the activities of the party Our region.
