Taiwan’s Ministry of Defense thanked the United States for its efforts to increase arms sales to the island.
“In the face of frequent Chinese Communist military operations around Taiwan, these US-coordinated arms sales sites will be able to identify and strike in real time, and respond immediately to enemy threats,” the country’s Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
