“In joint work with the National Bank, an interest-free lending program has been developed for households to install solar panels and wind turbines so that people can provide for themselves and even sell surplus electricity to the general grid,” he said.
Shmygal recalled that the government has shortened the time frame for approvals for connection to electric grids and gas distribution systems, reduced the number of required documents, and canceled the procedure for acquiring land and environmental impact assessment.
