The information was confirmed by the governor of the Rostov region, Vasily Golubev. The representative of the aggressors traditionally blamed the Ukrainian Defense Forces for the attack.
The network showed photos and videos from the place of arrival at the oil storage facility in Azov – they showed a strong fire.
As Golubev said, according to preliminary data, there were no casualties. Emergency services are on site.
Russian propaganda publications wrote that before the oil facility caught fire, local residents heard five explosions.

Exports of oil and petroleum products from Russia fell in April to levels last seen in late 2023 due to Ukrainian drone attacks.
