The Russian occupiers welded a bunch of iron onto the tank to protect it from drones, but were defeated by the Ukrainian military.
The Ukrainian flag with the insignia of the 22nd Separate Mechanized Brigade now flies above the tank.
The published footage shows the capture of the tank crew, lined on all sides with additional protection from drones and with a mine clearing roller in front.

The Russians began using “turtle tanks” at the front around the beginning of April. These are T-62, T-72 or T-80 tanks with an additional metal protective shell made of roofing material, lattice and mesh. Such an innovation was supposed to protect equipment from Ukrainian FPV drones.
