Russian invaders today, June 16, struck the village of Novaya Poltavka, Kramatorsk district, Donetsk region.

The weapon hit the private sector, resulting in seven people, two of whom were children, receiving injuries of varying degrees of severity. This was reported by the press service of the Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office.
As a result:
- four women and men were taken to a hospital facility;
- Two brothers, aged four and seven years old, who were in the courtyard of a residential building during the shelling, were also hospitalized with shrapnel wounds.
All victims are provided with qualified medical care.
Damaged objects included private households and cars. The type of weapon is being determined, the prosecutor’s office notes.
A pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings has been launched into violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
