This will happen if citizens do not present military registration documents. The Law on Administrative Services provides that when Ukrainians apply for any service, the state may require military registration documents. Such a requirement will allow those liable for military service to “appear on the state’s radar.” Minister of Justice of Ukraine Denis Maluska said this on the YouTube channel “Nobody will watch this.”
I cannot say that we have introduced such mechanisms everywhere. But, in my opinion, it will appear more and more often. Increasingly, to provide services to those liable for military service, the state will request a military registration document, he noted.
According to the minister, we are talking about “hundreds, if not thousands” of services, for the provision of which they may be asked to provide a military registration document. However, this requirement will not be introduced for certain services. These are services related to family members of persons liable for military service and children of persons subject to military service.
Maluska noted that military registration documents will be required when providing services necessary for the “good life and personal comfort” of a person liable for military service.
Let us recall that back in April, Minister of Justice Denis Maluska said that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is already working on new restrictions for those citizens who evade mobilization and military service. The new restrictions will require military records to obtain certain administrative services.
