The enemy used 30 air attack weapons. Strategic aviation Tu-95 TS aircraft from the Saratov region launched four X-101/X-555 cruise missiles. From the territory of occupied Crimea, the Russians launched an Iskander-M ballistic missile, and from the Tambov region of the Russian Federation, a MiG-31K launched an X-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missile. The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on Telegram.
In addition, 24 attack UAVs of the Shahed-131/136 type were launched from the Russian Yeisk and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.
The air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force, mobile fire groups and electronic warfare equipment of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The defenders shot down 29 air targets:
- aeroballistic missile Kh-47M2 “Dagger”;
- four X-101/X-555 cruise missiles;
- 24 Shahed-131/136 drones.
Air defense forces worked in the Kyiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Poltava, Kharkov and Vinnitsa regions.
Let us remind you that on June 12 at night the Russian army attacked the Kyiv region with drones and missiles. One person was injured as a result of falling debris. There is damage to houses, gas stations, and storage facilities. An industrial facility caught fire.
