The Russian invaders often traveled around the city in military vehicles, while they were drunk.

In the center of Russian-occupied Lugansk, a Russian military vehicle hit two minor boys. Activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement reported this on Sunday, June 9.

The report states that the accident occurred on June 6.

“A tragedy occurred right in the center of the city at about 21.00, Russians in the Urals shot two teenagers,” Yellow Tape reports.

Activists did not say what happened to the young men, but indicated that they died.

“The sense of impunity and tolerance, along with the lack of empathy for the local population, leads to terrifying consequences,” the activists wrote.
